warship island - 軍艦島

This abandoned island was opened for pubic on 2009. It looked like Japanese warship Tosa. therefore its called Gunkanjima. So many people came here for mining and their life was much better than main island of Japan at the time. But buildings are fading day and day. It will have looked differently in a few years.

    You were so lucky to visit Gunkanjima! I want to go there, but I don't think I can do it in 2011.

    そうなんですよ☆　聞けば上陸できない確率も高いらしく、私がいった前３日間は上陸できなかったそうです。ラッキーでした！
